About The Interim Address

The Interim Address is a small editorial project about the stretch between leaving one home and settling into the next. We write about temporary housing, with a focus on serviced apartments, because that is where people most often feel unprepared: fees appear late, laundry is missing, cancellation terms bite.

We do not run bookings, and we are not a relocation agency. Our guides draw on public pages from operators and booking sites, which we link so you can check them. One we use often is the Aparthotel.com relocation checklist. Where a fact is not stated by a source we say so rather than guess. Rules about taxes, visas and tenancy change, so always confirm with official sources before you decide.
